JonDo creates a config file holding all settings.
It may be useful to know the path to the config file in case you ...

want to email the file for debugging purposes
want to delete the file because JonDo has been configured erroneously
want to copy the file to another computer

The file has different locations on different operation systems:

Windows
C:\documents and settings\<username>\jap.conf
Linux
<userhome>/.jap.conf
Mac
<userhome>/Library/Preferences/jap.conf
